Nocetti fried with a honey-orange syrup
Spring has reached the North of Italy. Full spring, with flowering trees, a variety of colors on green grass with dormant bees that collect nectar for production of the first after winter honey. All this beauty has inspired the making sweet honey gnochetti. The recipe is very simple and also very quick to prepare. Leading culinary TV programs invested in 8 minutes! I spent a bit more with photography, but essentially it does not change - a quick and flavorful-a delicious Italian treat is guaranteed!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Wine white sweet

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Honey

    150 ml

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Mix the flour with half a bag of baking powder.

Add 100 g Muscat wine

6 tablespoons olive oil. knead the dough

Three zest of one orange to the dough.

Prepare the syrup: squeeze out the juice from the orange

Put the juice on the fire and add the honey. Leave on medium heat to dissolve the honey, stirring. The syrup should slightly thicken.

Heated olive oil for frying. Roll the dough into a bundle and cut gnochetti.

Nocetti fry in oil until Golden brown in batches. This will take very little time, literally 1 minute. Ready nocetti can be put on kitchen paper to remove excess fat. Place on a plate and pour honey-orange sauce.
