The zopf (Swiss Sunday bread)
I found the recipe. Tried. Came out very tasty, close in taste to baking, homemade bread. Simple, delicious, affordable!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Salt

    2 tsp

Cooking

1. Oil on slow gas melt in the milk.

2. All the other ingredients knead 10 minutes (I worked with blender). Set aside in a warm place for 1-2 hours. Move the dough again for 1 minute.

3. Divided into three parts and braid pigtail. Put the braid on a greased baking sheet, cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

4. Before baking grease with egg yolk.

5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes until Golden brown.
