Cream soup of pumpkin and pear

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    800 g

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    4 cup

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper
