Vegetable schnitzel
Simple, budget and at the same time tasty dish from simple ingredients. Will fit in a post and not only. Recipe found in some magazine, and since then it has taken root in our family) I Want to share with our cooks!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Corn

    150 g

  • Allspice

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

Potatoes boiled "in uniform", cool, clean. Allow to cool.

Onions cut into half rings (or cubes), carrots grate on medium (large) grater. Fry in vegetable oil.
