Cooking
Potatoes boiled "in uniform", cool, clean. Allow to cool.
Onions cut into half rings (or cubes), carrots grate on medium (large) grater. Fry in vegetable oil.
Potatoes to grate. Mix with onion and carrot zazharku. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, add your favorite seasoning or finely chopped greens
Mix well the mass with your hands. Dazzle lepeshechki approximately 12cm in diameter.
In the middle put 1 tsp. of corn.
Carefully wrap the filling, forming a "cake".
Roll in breadcrumbs. I got 10 medium-sized "schnitzel".
Quickly fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Serve with sauerkraut or just as a separate dish!
