Potato patties with vegetable sauce
Potato patties with vegetable sauce and corn is a quick and tasty dish with a piquant sauce, which is always welcome in my family. I hope you will be too!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, grate on a coarse grater and squeeze.

In the resulting mass, add the flour, soy sauce, Kikkoman (1 tbsp), mix well and form a thin pellet.

Fry patties in oil on both sides on a heated pan until Golden brown. Cutlets are fried well, not falling apart. Ready cutlets salt and transfer to a container, close lid.

Carrots grate on medium grater.

Onion cut into small cubes, Bulgarian pepper, large julienne.

Vegetables fry in vegetable oil.

To the vegetables add corn with liquid, 1 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce and tomato paste, add salt, season with pepper, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.

The cutlets put in a greased baking dish, each cutlet to put a vegetable sauce. You can cook the patties with the sauce in portions, as I have.

Bake patties in preheated oven at 170 C for 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
