Cooking
Onions, carrots and celery cut into small cubes. Garlic peel and cut each slice in half just.
Fryer is desired such that it can be put in the oven. Chicken fry in small amount of butter until it will turn brown, until tender!, but just until light Golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and leave it on the napkin.
In a pan, where roasted chicken, put the prepared vegetables and cook them on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Lentils need a large, so during cooking it kept its shape.
Cover the vegetables with the lentils broth (or just water), add the herbs, spices and salt.
On top lay the fried chicken, it's up to half drown in the liquid.
Cover with a lid and put in preheated oven to 180-200 degrees. After 30-40 minutes to take the lid off, to try lentils!- if the highly liquid has evaporated and the lentils are not ready, then add a little more water.
Another 15 minutes to bake without a lid.
Serve directly in the pan or spread in a La carte.
