Salad of celery
Love greens - all different. A light and tasty salad, always prepared in season... the indica Rice perfectly complements the salad, giving it a new twist.

Ingredients

  • Rice brown

    1 pack

  • Celery leaf

    3 coup

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.333 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

Cooking

The bag of rice to cook in boiling water for 35 minutes. To get from the pan to drain the water to cool.

Onions finely chop, garlic squeeze through the press

Celery leaves washed.

Boil in boiling water for no more than 2-3 minutes. Rinse under cold water, strongly press. It turns out to be a lump (lumps depends on the quantity).

To the leaves add salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar, oil, soy sauce, ground pepper, mix well. The salad can be eaten like this, very tasty.

Add to the salad, the rice, stir and serve.
