Coffee and chocolate dessert
This dessert is refreshing, airy, refreshing. Leaves no feeling of heaviness. Very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    2 tsp

  • Cream

    500 g

  • Coffee natural

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cognac

    4 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Waffles

    200 g

Soak gelatine in cold water. Mix 250g. cream, coffee, powder, vanilla, 1/2 chocolate. Bring to a boil, drain, allow to cool slightly, strain, add the squeezed gelatine, add the cognac. Chill in the fridge.

The remaining 250g. cream vzbit, add to the cream, put in vases to 1/3. Put in refrigerator to congeal.

Add sliced oranges, add a little cream.

Wafer to break, put in kremanki, put the remnants of the cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate. Chill in the fridge for another 2 hours.
