Vegetarians and those who like vegetables, I suggest it is easy and quick to prepare, inexpensive and delicious dish recipe from the book "the GRILL. RACLETTE. FONDUE" Rose Marie and Thomas Donhauser for a picnic, or for a quick dinner in the summer. Minimum hassle, and a very tasty result.

Cooking
Tomatoes wash, remove stalk and cut into thin slices. Cheese is also cut into slices. With a brush to grease each slice of tomato with olive oil and sprinkle with dried Basil.
Of aluminum foil to make a"mold" of a suitable size and a brush to cover it in olive oil.
Put in "mold"tomato slices alternately with the cheese slices. Lightly salt and pepper (pepper is optional in the recipe it is, but I don't)
To put the "mold" on the grill rack, or, in my case, the lattice grills (upper position) and bake at 250град. With no more than 10 minutes (the main thing here is that the cheese not burned, but remained soft and chewy) Serve with greens and the "French baguette".
