Meat with pineapples
Tender meat with a sweet pineapple armatom... mmmmmm.. Family and friends will definitely ask for more. We have this dish a number of TIMES! Any occasion, with or without cause-my order-the MEAT UNDER ANANASAMI!!!

Ingredients

  • Seasoning

  • Black pepper

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Meat

    1 kg

My meat, cut into serving pieces (I'm one steak was cut into 2 parts), beats

Mix salt, pepper and seasoning and RUB the hell out of it. Put in a saucepan, pour the pineapple juice from the jar (full veil) and put it on an hour or two in the fridge

As the meat marinated-a bit of wet paper towel extra pineapple liquid and fry the meat in a pan (literally a minute on each side). Because of pineapple juice a lot of crazy spray. I'm around the stove and the wall make a newspaper or rags

From the pan, the meat immediately sent to the pan

Spread on top of pineapple rings

After ananikov cheese and cover with the wine. Put it into the preheated oven at 180'C for 45 minutes.
