Description
Never cooked anything on the built-in oven and grill, although the stove bought for a long time, used only the grill for Browning. My Grilly debut - first base is baked under the grill, then do pizzetti with filling. The dough is quick and delicious!

Cooking
Products for the basics.
Sift the flour, add the yeast and a pinch of salt. Gradually pour hot water, stir, pour raises.oil...
... and knead the dough. On a work surface sprinkle some flour and knead the dough for 5 minutes. Roll it into a ball, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.
The dough rises quickly and well.
Divide it into 4 pieces, place on a baking tray, cover with cling film and leave for another 15 minutes.
For the filling: onions cut into rings and fry with mushrooms and beans in vegetable oil for about 4-5 minutes.
Grate cheese on a fine grater. Ham cut into slices.
Roll the dough into a 4 pellet with a diameter of 15 cm, for a lush cake thickness 5-6 mm, for thin - 3 mm. If an ordinary grill - fry 4-5 minutes on one side, flip to the other and cook for another 1 minute. My oven top grill. The bars lightly greased Rast. with oil, place on medium level for 5-7 minutes, then on the top until Golden brown.
Here they are after grilling.
Coat one side with mayonnaise (I have a Calvet sauce with dill and cucumbers).
Arrange the onion, mushrooms and beans.
Top with ham, tomato, sprinkle with grated cheese and seasoning for pizza (very fragrant as in a pizzeria). If not available - then oregano and Basil. Put under the grill until the cheese melts
