Uzbek soup with waving and rice. It turns out very thick, flavorful and very filling. Very warming. The current frosty winter the most it.

Ingredients

Cooking

Beef wash, put in a saucepan, cover with cold water and then boil it. Ready meat to take out, cut into pieces. Strain the broth, return the meat to it and again put on fire. In the boiling broth to fill the washed mash and cook until the grains burst with Masha.

While cooking mash, to prepare other products. Onions, carrots and celery clean. Grind onion, carrots and celery cut into strips. To wash the rice.

In a frying pan, melt a spoonful of melted butter or warm up a couple tablespoons of vegetable. Fry the onions until Golden brown.

Add the carrots and celery and saute until soft.

When the mash is cooked, pour in the soup, the rice, bring to a boil, add the browned vegetables and potatoes cut into small pieces. Bring to a boil and add salt. Cook for 15 minutes.

Add spices and Bay leaf. Cook until tender. Remove the Bay leaf.

When serving, season the soup with sour milk, sprinkle with herbs and green onions.
