Radish salad with a spatula peas
Fresh and light salad - try to cook it with spatulas young peas. Its subtle sweetness is perfectly offset by a spicy radish!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Peas

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

Radishes and carrots grate or cut into strips

Spatula peas dipped in boiling water for 1 minute and immediately rinse with cold water (if you have fresh). Or thaw (if frozen). And cut obliquely, to send to vegetables
