Cooking
Prepare all ingredients for the dough: flour, eggs( whites separate from yolks), sugar, honey, milk, margarine, baking powder, half a lemon, cocoa.
Beat softened margarine and sugar with 60 ml (3 tbsp) of honey.
Then add the flour and milk until the dough is watery (about half).
Divide the mixture in half and add cocoa to half the dough. Add in the other half of the grated lemon zest.
Beat egg whites and divide between the bowls of dough.
In the form pour the dough at a time and then push the dough slightly in the middle. Bake at 180 degrees C for about 20 minutes, until tender. To check on availability, pierced with a stick.
Heat the remaining honey with the remaining milk and pour the oil mixture over the cake, pierced several times with a stick. Leave for 5 minutes, then flip and allow to cool.
Cut the cake horizontally into 2 layers.
Mix the cream with the icing sugar and vanilla essence. Oil cream the lower crust.
Chocolate oil to soften and using a knife, spread on the surface of the cake. Decorate as desired. Bon appetit!
