  • Lemon juice

  • Kiwi

Cabbage wash, chop thin straws. Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater. The cabbage and carrot in a bowl, a little salt and mash with hands.

Apple and pear peel, cut into strips. Kiwi remove skin, cut into small cubes.

To make the sauce: to the vegetable oil and add lemon juice, salt, pepper, mix well. Add a little sugar.
