The lentil soup is Greek
I would call this soup "simple". Prepare the simplest option, although you can add a Bay leaf, greens - parsley, you can make a roast (i.e., add to soup and even onion) But I have enough garlic... Lay all in a pan and put on fire, wait for 30 -40 minutes and the soup is ready!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Ocherednuyu carrots cut into slices, garlic too.

Lentils, rinse, put the carrots, garlic, tomato in a saucepan.

Cover with water and put on fire.

5 minutes prior to readiness to salt, pepper and add olive oil (olive oil is recommended to protect from prolonged heat treatment, the usefulness of this oil can not speak).

Note: in Greece this soup is served separately vinegar, add it to taste, this changes the whole taste of the soup.
