Very simple and tasty dish, suitable for a family dinner or holiday table. Importantly, consists of a small number of ingredients, and no Mayo :)

Cooking
Take a piece of pork ribs. Wash it and dry it and make cuts on the side where the fat. Mix spices, RUB them meat on all sides. Cuuuuute bit of spice left behind.
Side make cuts, they inserted cloves of garlic. Also make deep incisions on the top (where it's notched fat), there are also insert a few cloves of garlic.
Grease the meat with soy sauce, preputium a little of the remaining spices.
Bake the piece in the oven at 175 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes, the Readiness check by sticking a knife into the meat in the center or thickest part. If the juice goes transparent, then the meat is ready.
That's what should happen :) the Juice that remains in the baking dish, do not throw away! They can irrigate potatoes, rice and another side dish.
But the best garnish to prepare the vegetables! Fresh baked, etc.
