Soup and cold soup 2-in-1
I love cold vegetable soups, but my family is more welcomed hot... Actually, as a true "BALANCE", finding it difficult with the choice, decided to please everyone and made a sort of generic version.. Soup from young vegetable marrows, green peas and spinach 2-in-1 - hot and cold option!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Celery root

    20 g

  • Green peas

    50 g

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Lime

  • Almonds

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Butter

  • Pepper white

In butter in a saucepan simmer the vegetables for 5-10 minutes, stirring, add salt, pepper,

Add frozen peas and spinach and cook from the moment of boiling, about 5-7 minutes.

Put the soup in a cool place for half an hour to cool, then grind them in a blender

Again parcipate. Now we have two options, depending on cold or hot cooking soup:
