Italian pie
Very tasty and tender cake. And surprisingly not time consuming.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

Grate the chilled butter, RUB into crumbs with the flour. Whisk 1 egg with sour cream and salt. Add the butter and knead the dough. Put in the batter to make the boards, and put in the fridge for 1 hour. PHEW!! This is the most difficult part.

Heat in a skillet the oil. Fry the diced onion and garlic until transparent. Remove the tomatoes peel, cut into cubes and add to the onions.

Whisk the eggs, add canned (you can use, by and large, any fish). Mash with a fork so that remained small pieces of fish. Add the greens. Salt. Pepper.

Add the sardines with eggs tomatoes and mix everything carefully.

The oven heated to 180 degrees. Put the stuffing in the form with the dough. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
