Cooking
Pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into small pieces. In a pan melt the butter, put the pumpkin and simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the milk and cook the pumpkin until tender. Periodically stir.
Add sugar, packet of vanilla sugar, stir and cook for half a minute. Remove from heat, cool.
While pumpkin butter cools, prepare the chocolate pastry: cold butter to RUB on a large grater, add sugar, 1 egg and cocoa.
Pour the flour mixed with baking powder, vanilla sugar and grind the mixture into crumbs.
Now add the remaining egg and knead the dough, put aside.
Prepare pumpkin batter: in the cooled pumpkin and creamy mass pour the flour mixed with baking powder, knead soft, gentle dough.
Divide chocolate dough into 2 pieces, and pumpkin into 4 pieces.
Roll out or knead by hand on table 2 pieces of pumpkin dough and 1 portion of chocolate dough into equal layers. With a thickness of 0.5 cm.
For the pumpkin dough, put a layer of chocolate, again cover with pumpkin dough, roll out slightly.
Roll the layer into a roll. You should get 2 identical rolls.
Cut the rolls into pieces with a thickness of 1 cm Put the cookies on a greased baking sheet. Put in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
