Pumpkin chocolate butter curls

Pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into small pieces. In a pan melt the butter, put the pumpkin and simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the milk and cook the pumpkin until tender. Periodically stir.

Add sugar, packet of vanilla sugar, stir and cook for half a minute. Remove from heat, cool.

While pumpkin butter cools, prepare the chocolate pastry: cold butter to RUB on a large grater, add sugar, 1 egg and cocoa.
