Tuna with tomato garnish
I'm not a big fan of fish, but recently read an article published Marinaby "Tuna sea chicken" and decided to look for this miracle! Could not find and found only ice cream, but it didn't stop me!

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Olives

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Spices

    1.5 tsp

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

So... Defrosted tuna I cleaned and "popliteal" (cut into fillets). Marinate in lemon juice, pepper, salt, mixed Italian herbs, leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Onion cut into small dice.

Tomatoes incise cross and pour boiling water, remove the skin, cut into large dice.

Fry the tuna for 2 minutes on each side.

Fry the onions until transparent.

Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper. Saute 5 min.

When the tomatoes will give the juice, add olives and saute 2 min.

On a plate lay a slice of tuna on top lay the tomato garnish, sprinkle with dill. Garnish with slice of lemon. Bon appetit!
