Cherry pie Martini and blueberry
Sweet pie cherry acidity and a delicate aroma of sweet vermouth - the perfect complement to a Cup of tea after lunch or when meeting guests.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Martini

    125 ml

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Orange juice

    65 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Cherry

    2 cup

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Blueberries

    1 cup

Flour, salt, baking powder and nutmeg mix and divide into three parts. Orange juice and vermouth to mix 180 g of butter beat with sugar

One drive egg, vanilla and zest.

Then stir in one of the three parts of the flour mixture, add half of the juice with the vermouth, stir, and then the second part of the flour, juice and vermouth, then a third of the flour, knead a homogeneous dough.

Put the dough in the form top to cover the cherries and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Then pie to get, pour 20 g of melted butter and sprinkle with 2 tbsp sugar and put back to bake for another 20 minutes at 170 degrees.

For filling yogurt mixed with 2 tbsp of sugar until the disappearance of grains. The finished pie slightly cool, pour the filling and sprinkle the top with 1 Cup blueberries. Cool at room temperature and put into the refrigerator for impregnation at night.
