Moustalevria
I again to you with Greek food... Today I'll tell you about an old traditional, seasonal dessert - moustalevria. Prepared and cook it in the autumn time of ripening with the sweetest most delicious grapes. Dessert simple, like all the old recipes, but very tasty and flavorful!!!

Ingredients

  • Juice

    1 l

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Sesame seeds dry on a dry pan.

Walnuts grind.

At the bottom of the dry pot pour the flour, put on fire and dry to a milky yellowish color. Remove from heat and cool.

In fresh grape juice to dissolve the sugar.

Quickly stirring, pour the juice into flour and put on fire.

Cook, stirring, over medium heat until thick (non-liquid jelly), about 30 min.

5 minutes before ready to throw in moustalevria pre-washed raisins.
