Delicious and flavorful roll, with potatoes on the side, goes on "hurrah".

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cut the meat into chops, stacked in the package, repel from two sides. Repulsed a piece of meat sprinkle with salt and pepper, lay aside and making the filling.

Finely chop the chicken fillet, mushrooms, ham and cheese, a little potseluem.

Foil sprinkle with breadcrumbs, spread the roulade and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.

Wrap the roll in 2-3 layers of foil and bake it in the oven. Bake 60 minutes at t 230 C°.
