The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user yulievna called "Popochki chicken" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". A simple dish with a strong tomato taste!

Cooking
Chicken ventricles to clean (I bought the already cleaned),wash it well. Cut on 2 parts.
Put in a pressure cooker, cover with water by 2-3 fingers above the level of the stomach. Add the peeled carrot, 1 onion, 2-3 peppercorns and a little salt. After boiling, cook for 40 minutes. Popochki should be very soft.
Remove from broth (broth not to pour). Cool. Add roughly chopped onion, barbecue sauce, salt (if not enough) and black pepper to taste.
Mix well and refrigerate for half an hour.
Saute together with onions in vegetable oil until Golden brown (about 5 minutes).
Garnish can be any. But we will prepare the couscous. Will use prefabricated "couscous". Couscous is semolina, made from semolina. 1. Pour into a bowl 2 cups. 2. Pour 2 cups hot broth (see above). Mix well. 3. Close the lid for 5 minutes. With a fork mix well again.
Spread couscous on a platter and top with onions popochki.
