Here's a strawberry this year had been grown.
Soak gelatin with cold boiled water and leave to swell. Strawberries wash, remove the stalk. Grind in a blender strawberries with sugar, condensed milk, cream and vanilla. You get a lush soft ground.
Put it in a deep bowl. Melt white chocolate with milk and a thin stream pour into Creamed mass, stirring.
Swollen gelatin is heated to complete dissolution and pour it in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
Pour the resulting mixture (which can be eaten with a spoon without stopping) in molds and put in the freezer for 2-3 hours... if you have enough patience.
Chocolate ice-cream "Strawberries and cream" is ready! You can eat directly from the molds, and can be spread on a dish and decorate with chocolate and strawberry bits! The ice cream turned out tender, very tasty and for some reason... not cool! Cream, chocolate and strawberries... what could be more delicious!?
