Kurd cranberry
The Kurds on the site a lot, but cranberries I have found. Cranberry Kurd has a light acidity, delicate texture and a pleasant color.

Ingredients

  • Cranberries

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    110 g

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

Cooking

To break the cranberries in a blender.

RUB through a fine sieve, the resulting cranberry juice add the lemon and stir thoroughly.

Beat the eggs with powdered sugar.

To combine the juice with the beaten eggs, then boil in a water bath.

Add butter and cook, stirring occasionally, until thick.
