Vegetable oil

Cooking
For stuffing: Well I can not without your favorite cabbage, always add to stuffing. Therefore, cabbage and onions chopped in the blender.
Mix the chopped meat, cabbage, egg until smooth. Add salt, pepper.
For the filling: Cheese and an Apple RUB on a coarse grater, add the softened butter, mix well.
To make pellet from minced meat, in the middle put a bit of filling.
Turn the edges, forming a smooth ball.
Take the form of flat cakes. Carefully roll in the breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil until browned on both sides.
