Roast pork with currant-mustard marinade
Baked pork in the sleeve, of course, is not news, but I want to offer to your court its recent, very successful experiment. The meat turns out juicy, fragrant. Delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.2 kg

  • Red currants

    0.5 cup

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    7 tooth

  • Seasoning

    0.3 tsp

Cooking

From the berries of currant juice, add pepper, salt, mustard, seasoning. Mix well.

Meat lard with garlic. Spread a piece of meat with marinade and put into the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Put the meat in a sleeve for baking and bake in the oven.

Bake 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Then cut the package, increase the temperature to 220-230 degrees and bake until Golden brown, basting the meat juice, for about 10 minutes.
