Cooking
This is our set of products.
Beat butter with sugar and zest of 1 large or 2 small lemons. Add to the mix the sifted with the baking powder and the flour, lemon juice and quickly knead dough. Flour may need a little more, or less, so I advise you to pour gradually. I divided the dough into 2 parts.
Form the dough into a sausage, wrap in film and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Cut into pieces and bake in a preheated to 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.

The thinner the cookie, the less baking time. The cookies remain quite pale in color. If cookies are overexposed in the oven it will be delicious, but very solid.

Properly baked cookies are soft and crumbly.
