This cake (and maybe not a cake at all) - a variation on the well-known dessert. What happened? A tasty and healthy addition to your morning coffee.

Cooking
Prepare the products.
Wash the lentils. Fill with water and boil until cooked according to instructions on the package. A little salt. Cool.
Raisins wash. Pour hot water and leave for 15-20 minutes.
In the bowl of a blender put soaked raisins and cooked lentils. Grind to puree.
Lentil-raisin puree put in bowl. Add ground crackers (I rubbed on a small grater). Mix well.
Formed a small "potatoes" and dip them in mixture of powdered sugar and cocoa. Sent for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
