The recipe for this dish was born about a year ago. I wanted to bake some new cookies. Search on the Internet brought to the recipe for Irish ginger cookies, but somehow the farm did not have any ground cinnamon or ground cloves or ground ginger. Instead of ground ginger rubbed fresh, and instead of the other seasonings put Chinese spice mix "5 spices" (aka panman, she's yanfeng). The result very much and since then the cookies are baked regularly.

Cooking
Butter to soften to room temperature. Beat with sugar until fluffy.

Add the flour and knead the dough. You can put the dough for an hour in the fridge - better formed cookies. Of dough roll into balls and place on baking sheet.
