Description
Really wanted the pancakes to cook with cheese, but laziness was overcome to grate the cheese :-) and I took to stuffing melted the cream cheese! It was very tasty!
Ingredients

Minced meat
500 g

Chicken egg
1 piece

Cream cheese
200 g

Bread crumbs
-
Greens
1 coup

Sour cream
4 Tbsp

Garlic
3 tooth
Cooking
Found in the freezer a pound of beef (with onions and spices) :-) Left to add the egg and mix
Prepare the filling. In cream cheese add finely grated 3 cloves of garlic. Mix thoroughly
Do mince the flapjack. Put in the middle of the stuffing
Carefully close up.
Coat in breadcrumbs
Spread on a hot frying pan. Fry on both sides until cooked
While our noodles are fried, prepare the sauce: mix the sour cream with greens
Spread the noodles with the sauce and into the oven for 15 minutes
Then the smell of homemade flock, most importantly, to have time to do the last photo! :-) Bon appetit!
