Cooking
In a bowl, mix the flour, 1 tsp curry, salt and pepper. Chicken Breasts to wash, exempt from the skin. Roll in mixture of flour save.
In a saucepan, heat olive oil, add butter, put the chicken breast and fry on both sides for 5 minutes until browned. Pass the meat in a separate dish.
Add to the skillet 1 tbsp flour with the spices, stir and leave for 1 minute. Pour in the chicken broth, tomato paste, add the raisins, 1 tsp curry and sugar. Reduce the heat to medium and let the mixture boil.
Chop the dried apricots and add it to the mixture. Return the chicken Breasts and stew under a lid for 5 minutes until tender. Before serving, if desired, you can sprinkle toasted almond.
