Apple and plum tart with sugar crust
Fragrant juicy pie with a crispy sweet crust. By adding grated butter the dough will be slightly layered.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Sugar

    105 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Drain

Wash the apples, peel. To turn on the oven.

In the sifted flour, add baking powder, salt, soda. Grate butter on large grater.

Crumble the dough with apples.

Separately mix the sour cream, milk, sugar and egg. Pour this mixture into the flour. Put the dough in a greased and floured form.
