Pellet wheat-flax
Recipe these easy to prepare, but no less delicious cakes will be of interest primarily to those who are trying to eat healthy food, keeping fit, although all the rest of such pastries don't give up!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Flour flax

    50 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

  • Flax seeds

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix both kinds of flour and salt (flour pre-sifted).

Stir the baking soda into the yogurt, add the oil and honey, mix well and pour into the dry mixture. Yogurt should not be very cold, otherwise the honey in it can freeze.

Knead the dough, it will be slightly sticky, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 20-30 min.

Roll the dough 3-4 mm thick on a floured work surface, cut the cakes.

Prick them with a fork, brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, flax seeds or whatever you like.

Bake at 180 deg. about 10 min.
