Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Raspberry

    500 g

  • Gelatin

    4 piece

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Yogurt

    170 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Hands quickly knead the dough by mixing all products. Wrap in foil and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Soak gelatine in cold water. Raspberry puree heat in a fire. Gelatin overcome and dissolve in the warm raspberry puree.

One spoon mascarpone cream gently stir to raspberry puree.

Then stir the entire mascarpone mass. Carefully stir. Put in the refrigerator.

After 20 minutes, the mass begins to solidify. Whip the cream and stir them to the thickened cream.

Pour the cream into the cooled case. Put the tart in the fridge to harden, preferably overnight.
