My muesli
I have a few years of cooking muesli, granola discovered a few recipes that remain favorites. In this recipe a small amount of oil, add banana or applesauce, pumpkin puree each time brings something new and creative and they get bored.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    3 cup

  • Coconut

    1 cup

  • Pine nuts

    0.3 cup

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Flax seeds

    0.3 cup

  • Brown sugar

    0.3 cup

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

  • Dried fruits

    2.75 cup

Cooking

The recipe I use flakes Hercules traditional from the company Mistral.

In a large bowl, mix cereals, nuts, flax seeds, coconut flakes.

This time I use bananas but you can substitute mashed apples or pumpkin (about 0.5-0.75 cups).

Turn bananas into a puree, mixed with sugar and vegetable oil.

Add in the cereal with liquid ingredients, mix well.

Pour on the baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Until Golden brown.

Muesli cool and then add chopped dried fruit. I store the finished granola or muesli in the freezer, they stay crunchy all the time, but in the container after some time, their crunchiness, they lose, so moisture give, added dried fruit.
