Salmon with sun-dried tomatoes
Salmon fillet baked in a sauce of sun-dried tomato.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    700 g

  • Tomato

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Coriander

Salmon fillet cut into portions. Put in refractory form, covered with baking paper.

Sun-dried tomatoes and garlic grind in a blender. Combine with mustard, olive oil, spices (salt, pepper, coriander) and stir.

Coat the fish sauce. Leave for 30-40 minutes.

Bake in preheated oven until tender (25-35 minutes).
