Vegetable casserole with sausages
Delicious zapekanka of the inexpensive and affordable products. Today it was made - my husband was eating for both cheeks! Recipe taken from the magazine "School of Gastronome", the proportions are slightly changed.

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    500 g

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Tomato

    600 g

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

Cooking

Cook the potatoes(in their skins), beans(not defrosting) put in a pot of boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain in a colander.

While cooking the potatoes, chop the onion (finely) and sausages.

Peeled tomatoes mashed with a fork, add salt, pepper (can be chopped up garlic).

In a pan melt the butter, fry the onion, add the sausages, then beans, then tomatoes, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the potato and cut it into circles.

Beat the egg with sour cream and grated cheese.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put half of the potatoes on a layer of vegetables with sausage, then another layer of potatoes and layer of vegetables. Pour on top of sour cream with egg and cheese. Put in a preheated (180) oven for zo min.
