Pancake cake
Pancake cake with smoked keta, red and black caviar will be a perfect addition holiday table on Shrove Tuesday. Pancake cake with keta and soft cheese is a delicious appetizer that will paint your daily life or decorate a festive table. For the crepe cake you can use any salted or smoked salmon.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sugar

    10 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Soft cheese

    250 g

  • Chum

    200 g

  • Caviar

    100 g

  • Caviar black

    100 g

Prepare the dough for pancakes: eggs - 2 PCs. whisk with sugar and salt, pour in the milk. Gradually add the sifted flour. Bring the dough to a smooth consistency and add 3 tbsp. of sunflower oil "Oleyna".

Bake the pancakes and allow to cool.

For the filling: soft cheese "ricotta" to RUB with the cream until smooth. A quarter of the sauce to be postponed.

Salmon cut into small pieces.

Then cut pieces of fish to mix with more of the sauce.

Prepare the cake: on a plate put the first pancake.

Smear a pancake with cheese filling with chunks of fish, and so forth each pancake.

The top pancake only lubricated cheese sauce (the remaining fourth part).

On top of the cheese sauce spread caviar and decorate with red (I have the analogue grainy-calf black and red). Pancake cake is ready. Bon appetit!
