Description
Easy (not difficult), salad of red cabbage and sea fungus - for our family, an unusual combination that works and every day, and as an alternative to mayonnaise salads on the holiday table. "Almost lean" because the ingredients are all lean, but dressing based on sour cream. Who is fit, try - I hope you will not regret!

Cooking
Finely shred red cabbage (I can recommend to take a small cabbage, their leaves more tender). Chop pulleys are optional, if no large pieces. Add 2-3 tbsp of canned corn, it will give a sweet touch.
Meats dressed with a mixture of sour cream (I have a home one for me not) and French mustard. If necessary, add spices to taste (but if the fungus will initially be with the garlic, as it is sold here, the spicy scent should suffice). Enjoy all appetite and cheerful, well-fed holidays!
