Chocolate souffle with coconut
Chocolate and coconut make a wonderful Duo. Souffle milk is a gentle and non-greasy. Very simple and quick to prepare dessert.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    115 g

  • Dark chocolate

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    45 g

  • Cocoa powder

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Heat the milk until hot but do not boil.

Mix sugar, coconut and chocolate.

Add small portions of hot milk and stir thoroughly until complete dissolution of chocolate.

Eggs lightly whisk and add to the chocolate mixture. Mix well.

Pour into molds. I have 6 cups of 150 ml. Put the cups in a large, deep form and pour boiling water until the middle of the cups.

Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, until souffle will not set. You can sprinkle with cocoa. Recommended podavat warm, but cold soufflés are not worse, and I liked it even more.
