Cooking
Preheat the oven t 180 degrees. Coat the baking pan with baking paper. Softened butter, sugar, vanilla and egg, beat until creamy. For more delicate structures in the cookie sugar can be substituted for the powder.
Add sunflower seeds, oat flakes and flour, sifted with baking powder.
White chocolate chop with a knife and add to a bowl with the future test.
Knead the dough. Long knead not necessary, just mix all until smooth.
Form cookies -- I got billet weighing 36 grams. From moldable pieces of dough balls, a little preplanned and place on prepared baking sheet. Between the pieces of dough, leave gaps when baking the dough will spread a little.
Bake cookies in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. While cookies are hot, the middle will be soft but after cooling all the cookies will be crispy and crumbly.
Remove cookies from baking sheet. Let them cool and invite the family for a Cup of coffee (or tea).
