Casserole with potatoes and mushrooms
Recipe found in a magazine, but changed a little the ingredients to your taste, and that's what happened.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

  • Spices

  • Cinnamon

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

1. Peel the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Then cut into slices.

2. In a pan heat the oil and fry the peppers (red and yellow separately).

3. Mushrooms cut and fry with onions (onions first, then add the mushrooms).

4. Form for baking grease with oil and spread half of the potatoes, season with cinnamon, salt and pepper.

5. On top lay the mushrooms, onion and yellow pepper

6. Then spread the remaining potatoes, sprinkle with spices. Spread red pepper. Separately whisk eggs with cream and add a little oil. This mixture pour our casserole, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
