Candy milk of polenta with cranberry sauce
Polenta is a versatile and easy to prepare product. Today I offer you a dessert. The combination of the sweet polenta and juicy, with a delicate sourness from the cranberry sauce D arbo makes this dessert delicious, but it is extremely simple to prepare. Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    100 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Berry sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

Milk mixed with water, heat, add sugar, salt, bring to boil, stirring constantly and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

Gradually add the polenta (or maize flour) and cook, stirring constantly, for another 10 minutes.

Spread thickened warm ground in rectangular form, slightly greased with vegetable oil, cool. You can put a few hours in the fridge.
