Fragrant, sweet, crisp! That's all it is! Plum cake with cornmeal! The idea of this cupcake I read in a cooking blog by Olga Baklanova, and she, in turn, culinary notes The Wall Street Journal, which described the delights of the pies with fresh, juicy plum! I made some adjustments to the ingredients, but I think everything turned out very nice!

Necessary for cupcakes ingredients.
Firstly, we will plums. Now the dough. In a bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, pinch of salt, baking powder, corn flour.
In another bowl blender RUB soft butter with sugar and remaining lemon zest until the mixture is light. Start one by one add the eggs, each time stirring well.
Then start in small portions to keep flour mixture.
The batter is thick, smooth.
Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees. Cake pan with baking paper, grease with vegetable oil. Spread 2/3 of the dough, distribute it in the form, spread half the cooled plums our. Spread on top the remaining dough, even out and spread the second half of the plums, pushing them slightly into the dough. Put the cake in to bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour. Be guided by your oven. Readiness check wooden stick. If You see that the top plum too popcuts, cover the cake with foil and depakite cupcake until tender. I cost))) foil is not needed!
The finished cake was allowed to cool, decorate with powdered sugar!
