Cheesecakes vanilla
How do you want sometimes to return to the carefree air of childhood. When the summer sun on the morning of your grandmother conjured in the kitchen, cooking delicious favorite grandchildren-sweet Breakfast... it's a Pity that time is not reversible! But, remembering Granny's tender embrace, I want to recreate a likeness of her culinary masterpieces. To my grandmother this recipe!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Cooking

Mix cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream

Add 2 eggs, baking powder and flour. Mix until smooth.

To prepare the cheesecakes I used brown sugar Mistral. It gives a nice caramel flavor to the cakes.

Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle flour. Spread and flatten the dough

Put in pre heated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 190 gr.

Ready cheesecake cool slightly and cut into diamonds right in the form. 100 gr. sour cream mix with sugar and pour the cheesecake on top

Again send in the oven for 10 minutes. The cheese cake is soaked with cream and become wet. Serve portions with diamonds, decorating the top with sour cream and caramelized sugar.
