Classic Panna cotta with apricot jam
This is a very simple recipe for a classic dessert called Panna cotta. You get delicious creamy dessert is incredibly rich, with a pleasant taste, do not eat many things so one serving will be enough for a couple of days.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Jam

    50 ml

Pour the cream into a saucepan

Add in cream, Vanilla sugar

Put the saucepan with the cream over medium heat, do not boil, you only need to warmed cream.

In another saucepan bred gelatin in about 200 ml per 200 ml of cream. Put on medium heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved.

A thin stream pour gelatin into the cream.

Remove the warmed cream with the gelatin from the heat, pour in molds and put in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Get our dessert out of the fridge, spread on a plate, spread on top apricot jam D arbo, decorate the dish and serve.
