Potato baskets with salmon
Potato baskets with smoked salmon and cream cheese-cranberry cream. Interesting appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Parmesan

    3 Tbsp

  • Salmon

    150 g

  • Cheese curd

    135 g

  • Yogurt

    70 g

  • Apple

    1 Tbsp

  • Bow white

    1 tsp

  • Berry sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Potatoes to grate on a coarse grater. Liberally sprinkle with lemon juice to potatoes not darkened, season with salt and pepper. The separated liquid, good squeeze.

Add the egg and Parmesan. Mix well.

Put in silicone molds. Bake at 180-200* for 20-30 minutes. If you want crispy baskets, lay out the grated potatoes in a thin layer and add more Parmesan. If you want soft baskets, then put the potatoes a thick layer and prolong the time of cooking in the oven. Cool baskets out of form.

Cottage cheese mixed with yogurt, add the Apple, onion and a tablespoon with a slide of cranberry sauce. Season with salt and pepper, mix well.

Add to taste a little lemon juice.

Salmon (or herring), cut into small cubes, put in baskets.

In each basket put a tablespoon with a slide cheese-cranberry mass. Decorate with berries cranberries from sauce and fresh herbs.
